Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Community Chemotherapy Nurse to deliver cancer treatment in patients' homes across Milton Keynes. You will manage a personal caseload with autonomy, performing chemo administrations and assessing patients throughout the treatment journey.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours, a strong focus on patient-centred care, and opportunities for ongoing training and career development within a leading UK healthcare provider.

Qualifications

• Experience administering chemotherapy in hospital or community settings.
• Ability to work autonomously in the community.
• Competence in IV therapy, cannulation and phlebotomy.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chemotherapy treatments safely in patients' homes across Milton Keynes.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments before and during treatment.
• Administer IV chemotherapy and undertake cannulation and phlebotomy.
• Monitor patients, respond to adverse reactions, and manage caseload.
