Job summary

Salford Community Leisure Limited seeks a Community Centre Supervisor for Sparcs Community Centre in Salford. You will manage daily facility operations, ensure cleanliness and safety, and complete essential paperwork.

The role requires & DBS check and adherence to health and safety standards, with the ability to work lone shifts or as part of a team. We value professional, respectful, knowledgeable and solution-driven individuals who can maintain high service levels for 60+ venues and 3 million

Qualifications

• Proficient with a PC and basic software
• Experience completing financial paperwork and handling cash/bank deposits
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and fire safety
• Willingness to lone work and also function within a team
• Demonstrates Salford Community Leisure behaviours in performance

Responsibilities

• Operate Sparcs Community Centre to a high standard and ensure facilities are maintained
• Keep facilities clean and hygienic and promptly address issues
• Complete required paperwork and health and safety documentation
• Assist with customer safety and welfare at all times
