Job summary

Salford CVS is seeking a full-time Office and Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office, facilities and services for staff, members and visitors. You will lead on premises management and act as Data Protection Lead with external support, plus health and safety responsibilities.

You will supervise three administrators and a caretaker/facilities worker, work in our Eccles office, and help maintain core hours and a professional working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wide-ranging administrative and operational support to ensure an efficient office environment and excellent member and staff services.
• Act as Data Protection Lead (with external consultant support) and Health and Safety Officer.
• Be the main IT contact and lead on cyber security and compliance.
• Manage a team of four staff including three administrators and a facilities worker/caretaker.
