Job summary

NWCare is seeking compassionate Home Care Assistants to join our team in Beragh, Northern Ireland. You will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety and well-being on morning and tea rotas, with a 07:00 - 14:45 shift pattern.

Training is provided, including online learning, CPD approved certificates, and post-registration NISCC training. Mileage is paid and annual leave is pro rata. Enhanced AccessNI certificate is a requirement.

Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes , ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. NWCare are now recruiting home care assistants in Beragh and surrounding areas for morning and tea rotas.

Rota times: 07.00 - 14.45

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: -

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Be well organised/professional/caring
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
• Care about the community they live in
