Job summary

The NHS Foundation Trust in Tameside and Glossop is recruiting a part-time Technical Care Instructor (Band 3) on a permanent contract, 33.75 hours with shifts 07:30–15:30 or 14:00–22:00. The role is community-based and travel will be essential.

You will work within the Hospital at Home Team to support patient independence, document care, and uphold Trust standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary colleagues. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering care in a community or home setting.
• Demonstrates ability to coordinate care with other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe care to patients in the community and home setting.
• Coordinate personalised care and maintain documentation.
• Support MDT members in monitoring policies and standards.
