Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 3 staff member to join our community-based Hospital at Home team. The role involves working with service users to promote independence and maintain dignity, across a seven-day rota with weekend and bank holiday shifts.

Travel is an essential part of the role, with access to a vehicle required. The post supports multi-disciplinary staff in safe patient care and documentation in the community, in line with Trust
