Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a part-time Community Healthcare Assistant for the Central Lancashire District Nursing Service. The role involves delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes and community settings under the district nursing team, with supervision and access to training and clinical supervision.

The position offers an induction programme, flexible working, and cross-team support, with shifts across a 7-day period between 07:45 and 22:00.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care (or evidence of working towards this)
• Evidence of effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in community/home settings

Aufgaben

• Work as part of the Integrated Neighbourhood/ Locality team under the district nursing team leader to provide holistic nursing care 24/7
• Support patients in their homes and other community settings under supervision to ensure safe, effective care
• Assist other health care professionals in delivering high-quality care in the locality population
