Job summary

You will join a patient-centred, flexible team committed to high-quality care across 7 days of the week, with shifts from 07:45 to 22:00

Qualifications

• Experience in patient- and family-centred care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in community district nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes and other community settings under supervision.
• Be part of the Integrated Neighbourhood/Locality district nursing team and support high-quality holistic care.
• Work with and without direct supervision of a registered nurse to ensure safe, effective care.
• Support other health care professionals to deliver high-quality care in the locality population.
