The Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 3 Technical Care Instructor to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering care in the community. The post involves shift work and weekends, with travel to patients' homes as an essential part of the role.

Shifts are 07:30-15:30 or 14:00-22:00 on a seven-day rota, including bank holidays. The role supports safe, independent patient care and collaboration with nursing, therapy and social work staff.

Qualifications

• The main purpose is to ensure that safe care is provided to patients in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating individualised patient care and quality.
• Maintaining trust standards in documentation and support audits in the community.
• Supporting all MDT members in monitoring and maintaining policies and standards of care.
