Job summary

• Implement Care Plans and contribute to running records and daily monitoring forms.
• Work on a one-to-one basis with citizens who have learning disabilities and may display challenging behaviours.
• Monitor welfare and ensure continuity of care and treatment; maintain accurate written and electronic records.
