Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Medway to support clients in their own homes with daily routines and personal care. You will accompany clients, prepare meals, assist with household tasks, and provide companionship to enhance dignity and wellbeing.

No care experience is required as full training is provided; a full UK driving licence and a flexible weekend schedule are desirable. Right to work in the UK must be valid for at least 12 months, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Ability to build rapport and show empathy.
• Eligibility: minimum 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.

The Role Of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication
