Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Medway. You will support clients with daily routines, personal care, meals, and companionship in their own homes, helping them stay independent and connected. Training is provided, with flexible contracts and opportunities to earn mileage allowances.

Applicants should be kind, with strong people skills, and a driving licence. Right to work in the UK is required, and weekend availability is requested to cover shifts.

• No prior care experience required; training will be provided.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work alternating weekends.

The Role of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you

• You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:
