Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant at Rochester Care Home to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, medication recording and build meaningful relationships within a compassionate team.

We offer fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, refer-a-friend rewards, and a salary of £12.76 per hour. On-demand pay, a company pension, and Blue Light Card discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include working alternative weekends
• Previous experience working within a care home is required for these roles
