Job summary

Agincare UK is seeking a Home Carer in Brighton to support adults in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, meals, and companionship. You will help clients stay independent and comfortable while building meaningful connections.

No previous healthcare experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are preferred; flexible weekend shifts and paid mileage are included.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily routines and personal care in their own homes.
• Assist with shopping, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
• Provide companionship and a friendly, listening presence.
• Assist with medication administration as directed by care plans.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

You’ll bring:

• No previous healthcare experience required - We provide comprehensive training, free of charge
• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
