Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support for young people with SEN and SEMH in community settings. The role focuses on delivering tailored sessions beyond traditional classrooms, building trust and ensuring consistent, meaningful learning experiences.

Ideal candidates bring empathy, resilience, and the ability to work with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• SEMH, ASD And Experience With Challenging Behaviour.
• KS2 Experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
