Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate, adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH and other needs in community settings. This role focuses on building trust, tailoring sessions, and safeguarding with families and professionals.

You'll work flexible daytime hours, Monday to Friday, across locations matching student needs. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to maintain consistent support for our learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with PDA and complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
