Nudge Education Limited delivers tailored 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms. You will build positive relationships, monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns to ensure safe, meaningful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Must hold QTS (experience of secondary school curriculum, particularly English & Maths).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
