Job summary

Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for caring for older people
- Strong listening and communication abilities
- Empathetic, patient and respectful approach
- Willingness to provide personal care and assist with daily living
- Basic IT skills for documentation and records
- Proactive, able to work on your own initiative
- Flexibility to cover varying shifts and locations
- Full, valid driving licence with access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to older adults including those with reduced mobility or dementia
- Deliver tailored activities to maintain independence and encourage social interaction
- Support across on-site and community-based settings, traveling as needed across Essex
