Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Support Worker to assist elderly adults in a person-centred way, focusing on the best quality of life. The role is based in a community setting with 4x8 shifts from 3pm to 11pm on a temporary 6-month contract, with possible extension.

You will work with housing associations and local authorities to provide care, meals support, and activities, helping residents maintain independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Providing person-centred support to elderly adults to maintain independence.
• Ability to work within temporary 6-month contract with potential extension.
• 4 x 8 hour shifts, 3pm–11pm.

Responsibilities

• Support elderly adults with daily living tasks and health needs.
• Collaborate with housing associations and local authorities to deliver care.
• Assist with meals, medication assistance, and health monitoring.
• Encourage participation in leisure, social activities and community links.
