Essex Cares Limited is seeking an Older People Support Worker to join our team in South East England. You will provide person-centred care to older people, including those with reduced mobility, Alzheimer's, dementia and Parkinson's, delivering activities to maintain independence and encourage social interaction.

Hours: Full time and part time

Contract:Permanent

Role 1: 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4pm

Role 2: 25 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am - 2pm

Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

As an Older People Support Worker, you will join a dedicated team offering specialist, person-centred support to individuals with decreased mobility, or individuals living with Alzheimer's, dementia and Parkinson's. You'll be delivering a range of tailored activities focused on maintaining independence and encouraging social interaction through both on-site and community-based activities.

To be considered as an Older People Support Worker, youneed:

• To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment

Previous experience in the careindustry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Travel required across Essex to attend training, work at other centres, and in the community.
