Job summary

A local government body is seeking a Communities Project Officer in Rugby to support the Navigation Way development project. The successful candidate will coordinate project timelines, engage with multiple teams, and ensure a smooth transition for tenants into their new homes. The initial contract is for 3 months with opportunities for extension.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Monitor programme timelines and help drive solutions across services.
  • Attend regular project meetings and provide updates on progress.
  • Undertake site visits to track readiness and emerging issues.
  • Work with the Allocations Team to analyze applicant data.
  • Ensure documentation and information packs are complete.
  • Help ensure tenants receive a positive welcome to their new homes.
  • Coordinate with the Communities & Projects Team for engagement activities.
  • Provide accurate messaging about the Navigation Way development.
