Tioxide Materials Ltd, based in Stockton on Tees, is seeking a Communications Executive to join its Business Services team and support communications activity across the LB Group. You will report to the Strategic Communications Manager and work on internal and external communications, digital channels, content development, marketing communications, branding and events.

The role offers hands-on content creation, corporate and digital communications exposure within an international manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience within communications, marketing, public relations or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading capability.
• Experience managing or supporting digital communications including websites, social media platforms and content management systems.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and competing deadlines.
• Confident working with stakeholders across different functions and levels of an organisation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Experience using communications and content tools such as Canva, WordPress, Hootsuite or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: Develop and maintain high-quality communications materials including marketing literature, presentations, website content, social media content and internal communications, ensuring messaging is engaging, accurate and aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Digital Communications: Support the management and development of Tioxide's digital communications channels, including websites, intranet, social media, webinars and email communications.
• Marketing Communications: Support planning and delivery of integrated marketing communications activities, campaigns and customer-facing communications.
• Communications Coordination: Manage communications projects, schedules and workflows with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Brand Governance: Act as a Tioxide brand ambassador, reflecting branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Crisis and Issues Communications: Provide communications support during incidents and crisis situations.
• Communications Centre of Excellence: Support activities with content, digital and wider communications support.
• Measurement and Reporting: Maintain metrics, tools and dashboards and identify opportunities for improvement.
