Job summary

Agratas – A Tata Enterprise, based in Oxford (Milton Park), seeks a Corporate Communications Specialist focused on internal communications. You will craft engaging content, campaigns and employee experiences, storytelling and alignment across the organisation to support strategy and culture.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across the UK, manage the intranet, articles, events and the company magazine, using data to improve reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, writing, and editorial skills.
• Experience in a communications function.
• Experience in creating engaging content for internal channels.
• Ability to travel across the country (between the Oxford and Somerset sites particularly).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
• Ability to analyse content performance and use data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of the internal communications strategy, aligned to our company values.
• Manage, maintain and continuously improve the intranet, ensuring content and functionality remains current and engaging.
• Create and curate content for internal and external channels, including stories, blogs, podcasts, videos, infographics and social media.
• Build strong relationships across the business to identify and share compelling stories that connect employees globally.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and organisational objectives.
• Lead the editorial planning and production of the biannual company magazine.
• Monitor communication performance using analytics and employee feedback.
