Responsibilities

• Provide communication support using BSL to ensure full access to lessons and school activities.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils' learning, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to adapt learning materials and activities for deaf students.
• Encourage independence and promote inclusion within the classroom and wider school environment.
• Support pupils in developing confidence, communication skills, and self-advocacy.
• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for all students.

Requirements
