United Colleges Group is seeking a Communication Support Worker (Casual) to provide high-quality British Sign Language (BSL) communication support for D/deaf students within mainstream college provision, helping them to fully access learning and achieve educational goals.
You will work closely with students, lecturers and support staff across multiple sites, providing in-class, one-to-one and small-group support, including additional sessions in the Deaf Hub.
Hourly rate of £25.98 plus £3.14 holilday pay - £51.03 plus £6.16 holiday pay - rate is dependent on experience.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Communication Support Worker (CSW) to join our Additional Learning Support team. This rewarding role provides high-quality communication support for D/deaf students studying within mainstream college provision, helping them to fully access learning and achieve their educational goals.
You will work closely with students, lecturers and support staff to ensure communication barriers are removed, promoting inclusion, independence and academic success. Support will be delivered in class, on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and through additional sessions within the Deaf Hub.
