Job Title: Commodity Manager

What You’ll Do

You’ll develop best‑in‑class commodity strategies for the procurement of key body components, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery objectives are met. You’ll identify new sources of supply, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, and manage supplier performance to improve cost and availability. You’ll work closely with design engineering teams to drive early supplier involvement in new product development and support a team of buyers and procurement engineers.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced commodity manager with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management, ideally within the automotive industry. You’ll have excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. Strong planning and decision‑making skills are essential.

Bonus if you have:
  • Graduate qualification in Engineering or Business discipline
  • MCIPS qualification
  • Experience in managing risk and driving cost improvement
