Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited in Banbury is seeking a Customer Sales Executive to join its busy, customer-focused team. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and prepare quotations while guiding customers to the best product solutions.

You will work closely with sales, production and warehouse colleagues to deliver excellent service, aiming to meet personal and team targets for revenue and quotation conversions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a busy customer service or sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Confident communication by phone and in writing.
• Customer-first approach with rapport-building.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and process orders accurately.
• Respond to enquiries and quotation requests by phone and email.
• Prepare tailored quotations by understanding customer needs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow up quotations to convert opportunities into orders.
• Keep customer records and order information accurate.
• Collaborate with sales, production, warehouse and external suppliers to deliver excellent service.
• Manage incoming enquiries through an email management system and stay on top of workload.
• Work towards individual and team targets for revenue and quotation conversions.
