Job summary

Dream Works is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join a client hotel. This part-time role starts immediately and requires hands-on pastry production, high hygiene standards, and team collaboration during busy service hours.

You will assist senior chefs, follow recipes and presentation guidelines, maintain HACCP-compliant practices, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proven pastry chef experience required.
• Part-time role with immediate start.
• Adhere to HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure during service.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in daily pastry preparation as required.
