Job summary

Novotel London Stansted is seeking a CommisChef to join our Kitchen team. You will assist in preparing mis-en-place and cooking to high standards, supporting the Chef de Partie, and helping ensure timely service for guests.

• Assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mis-en-place and cooking food to the required high standards.
• Preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.
• Ensuring equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.

Job description

Salary – £27,560 plus Tronc
Staff accommodation- available from £338 per month per person
