Sofitel London Gatwick, part of the Arora Group, is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced hotel connected to the North Terminal. You will assist with mise en place, cook under high standards, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.

• Commis Chef in our team embraces opportunities to contribute to creating exceptional food for guests
• Assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mise-en-place and cooking food to high standards
• Preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards
• Ensuring equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements
