Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team and help prep, create and bring our menu to life. You’ll learn prepping skills, bring meals to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen.

As a Commis Chef you’ll grow your career, supported by our internal DNA pathway with the aim of becoming a Sous Chef. We offer competitive benefits and a lively, welcoming atmosphere across our pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
