Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen team in Doncaster. You’ll prep, cook, and help bring our menu to life, starting from learning new prepping skills to owning a section of the kitchen.

You’ll be part of a lively team with opportunities to grow, learn, and progress through our DNA pathway toward Sous Chef, while enjoying a range of employee benefits and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals to pub standards.
• Learn and apply kitchen procedures and safety rules.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Support daily kitchen operations and mise en place.
• Consistently deliver hot, on-spec dishes to customers.
