Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prep skills, bring meals to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as KP.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day operations.
• Passion for delivering great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
