Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our pub team in a fast-paced, people‑focused environment. You’ll prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you progress.

You’ll work with a supportive kitchen crew, developing skills through our career pathway and apprenticeships, with opportunities to advance towards Sous Chef while enjoying a friendly, lively atmosphere and real benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
