Marston’s pub is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

A passion for delivering great hot food helps you fit in as part of a fast-paced kitchen team. We offer progression via our DNA career pathway toward Sous Chef, flexible and part-time options, and a strong rewards program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Knowledge of kitchen areas and procedures or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and support day-to-day kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Learn prepping skills and contribute to meals from concept to plating.
• Support the kitchen team in day-to-day running and work in a fast-paced environment.
