RBH Hospitality Management is looking for a enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will assist in preparing ingredients, work with senior chefs across sections, and help maintain a clean, safe workstation.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in cooking and willingness to learn in a professional kitchen.
• Some previous kitchen experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness, especially food safety.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients for dishes, from chopping to marinating and portioning.
• Work alongside senior chefs across sections, gaining hands-on experience.
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation following hygiene standards.
• Help with kitchen inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Take on basic cooking tasks including sauces, grilling, frying and plating.
• Participate in regular cleaning to keep equipment and surfaces spotless.
• Learn kitchen procedures quickly and contribute to a well-organised team.
