Job summary

Bryanston School is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our catering team. You will help create nutritious, high-quality food for pupils, staff and visitors, contributing to daily dining and special events during term time.

Outside term, Bryanston hosts courses and events, offering a diverse and rewarding role. A strong focus on food safety and allergen management is essential. Applicants must be ready to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and adherence to food safety standards.
• Ability to manage allergens and cross-contamination risks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious, high-quality meals for pupils, staff and visitors.
• Support catering operations during term time and at events, themed dinners, BBQs and fine dining occasions.
• Work as part of a team and follow food safety protocols.
