Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef and sous chef.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards throughout all food preparation processes.
• Manage assigned station, overseeing production of food items and maintaining cleanliness.
• Uphold high-quality standards for all food handled, focusing on presentation and taste.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide support to colleagues as needed.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements to existing dishes.
