Job summary

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Commis Chef with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

The Commis Chef will be responsible for food preparation, demonstrate full knowledge of our products and facilities, and work with colleagues to deliver captivating experiences while assisting the Head Chef in maintaining AA Rosette

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation skills.
• Ability to bring guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
• Good command of English; a second language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for all service areas per Head Chef standards.
• Provide exceptional service with full knowledge of products and facilities.
• Plan and prepare for service promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
• Assist Head Chef in promoting AA Rosette standards.
