Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef. The ideal candidate must be fully flexible to work day and night shifts, assisting with food prep, cooking menu items for the gaming floor, and supporting kitchen operations by helping in food preparation and maintaining the kitchen environment.

• Assist in the smooth operation of kitchen preparation areas.
• Support food production processes.
• Contribute to developing menu ideas.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety in accordance with HACCP regulations.
• Store crockery, cutlery, and glassware carefully.
• Ensure kitchen equipment such as mixers, fridges, and cookers are in working order.
• Report faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
• Keep storerooms organized and well-stocked.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Capability to work independently.
