We are currently recruiting for Commis Chefs on a full or part time basis - 40 or 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate would be required to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly by assisting in the food preparation and general up keep of the kitchen.

• Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen preparation areas.
• Assisting in food production.
• Assisting in producing menu ideas.
• Maintain the kitchen work areas in accordance with HACCP regulations.
• Storing away all crockery, cutlery and glassware and handling all with great care
• Making sure that all kitchen equipment like food mixers, fridges, cookers are in good working order.
• Reporting any fault equipment to the kitchen manager.
• Keeping the storerooms well stocked and organised at all times

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous experience working as a Commis Chef
• Can accurately follow instructions
• Able to work unsupervised
