We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef. The ideal candidate must be fully flexible to work day and night shifts, assisting with food prep, cooking all-day menu items for the gaming floor, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations through food preparation and general upkeep.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen preparation areas.
2. Supporting food production.
3. Contributing to menu ideas.
4. Maintaining kitchen work areas in accordance with HACCP regulations.
5. Storing crockery, cutlery, and glassware carefully.
6. Ensuring kitchen equipment such as food mixers, fridges, and cookers are in good working order.
7. Reporting faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
8. Keeping storerooms well-stocked and organized.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Previous experience as a Commis Chef.
2. Ability to follow instructions accurately.
3. Ability to work independently.
