Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn and grow, taking ownership of a kitchen section and delivering hot food to spec in a fast-paced pub environment.

You’ll have the chance to progress through our internal DNA pathway toward a Sous Chef role, with benefits that include staff discounts, flexible hours, and apprentice programs to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or KP experience preferable.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Support the kitchen team with daily running of the kitchen.
• Demonstrate passion for delivering hot food to spec.

As Commis Chef:

There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.
