Job summary

The Punchbowl in Lapworth is seeking a talented Commis Chef to join an experienced kitchen team. You will prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, assist with your section during busy service, and support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with prep and service.

You will follow strict food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures, help develop new dishes and seasonal menus, maintain stock levels, inspect deliveries, and keep your workstation clean and organised.

• Experience as a Commis Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
