Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our Mansfield team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, bring meals to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for delivering hot food to specification every time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prep, cooking and presenting menu items to spec.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running and cleanliness.
