Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team at our local pubs. You will prep and bring our menu to life, learn new skills, and own a section of the kitchen while supporting the team.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to advance via our internal pathways and apprenticeship programmes. Benefits include flexible hours and discounts across pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a team within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Own a section of the kitchen and support day-to-day running.
• Assist with learning prep skills and delivering great hot food to spec.
