Location: UK Michelin Pub

Salary: £11.50 per hour, 50 hours per week, plus approx. £1,000 tronc annually

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and gain valuable experience in a high-quality, fast-paced environment. You will support the kitchen brigade in preparing and delivering dishes to the highest standard, contributing to the continued success of The Hinds Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the head chef’s instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure all food is stored and prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Participate in the creation and development of new dishes.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the senior chefs.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
