Here at Harrods, we house more celebrity chefs and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. You will join a passionate, supportive, and successful dining team within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

About The Role

As a Commis Chef, you’ll be at the heart of the action, preparing ingredients and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Reporting to the Chef de Partie, you’ll be a key team member ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

You’ll handle food organization, stock rotation, and labeling, ensuring all admin for your section is complete and deadlines are met. You’ll also uphold Food Safety standards by maintaining high hygiene and sanitation standards in all outlets.

About You

Knowledge and passion for food and drink are essential, ideally with experience in a 5* hotel or high-end restaurant. We will provide training and support to develop your kitchen career at Harrods.

You should have excellent time-management, customer focus, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail, demonstrated through paperwork, organization, and stock management.
