Role Responsibilities

A Line Chef/Commis Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while contributing to departmental targets.

• You will join the kitchen brigade.
• You enjoy preparing mise en place for relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and hazard-free. You will support the Chefs de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes and achieving departmental targets.
