What will I be doing as a Commis Chef?

• Working within a team of 33 chefs
• Participating in regular training sessions
• Ensuring consistent high-quality food production in line with Hilton standards
• Performing tasks efficiently and timely
• Supporting the kitchen brigade
• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes according to company guidelines
• Maintaining cleanliness and preventing cross-contamination
• Preparing mis-en-place for relevant menus
• Assisting other departments and fostering good working relationships

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Commis or Apprentice Chef
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with the ability to follow instructions
• Passion to learn and succeed in culinary/hospitality careers
• Love for food and culinary arts
